It took almost two weeks to get here in Hyderabad, which is just too long for an online store in this day and age, especially for something that isn't custom-made. When it finally did arrive, the packaging was pretty flimsy, just a small box that looked like it had been through a war. The pendant itself? It looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The stones felt loose, and the metal had a dull finish, not shiny at all. I tried contacting support about it, and it took them three days to even respond, only to tell me to initiate a return through their website, which wasn't clear at all. This whole experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for actual fine jewelry. It felt more like cheap costume jewelry.
